These terms apply to your use of drivershub.app and the DriversHub iOS app. By creating an account or using DriversHub, you agree to follow them.
Effective and last updated: 10 August 2026You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and use DriversHub only where you are legally able to do so. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use DriversHub to:
DriversHub may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend or delete accounts, and preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Users can report content and block other users from profile and content menus.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DriversHub a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and show that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You can delete content using the available controls or delete your account in Settings.
Marketplace adverts, job posts and user profiles are supplied by their authors. DriversHub is not the buyer, seller, employer, worker, insurer or licensing authority and does not guarantee identity, condition, payment, availability, legality or suitability. Check documents and counterparties independently, keep communication safe and report suspicious activity.
Earnings, expense, tax, VAT, leaderboard and efficiency features are planning tools based on information supplied to DriversHub. Estimates are not official tax, legal, employment, licensing, safety or financial advice. Verification or supporter badges do not certify safety, identity, licensing or legal compliance.
Paid web memberships are governed by the price, billing period and cancellation information shown before purchase. Existing memberships may be recognised across supported DriversHub platforms. Purchases are not currently offered in the iOS app. Deleting an account triggers the applicable server-side cancellation and data-cleanup process, but you should review any provider confirmation supplied to you.
DriversHub may change or discontinue features, respond to security or legal issues, and perform maintenance. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DriversHub is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made using estimates, or transactions and conduct between users.
You may stop using DriversHub or permanently delete your account from Settings. DriversHub may restrict or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, legal requirements or security risk. These terms may be updated as the service changes; material updates will be identified with a new effective date and communicated where appropriate.
