Privacy
This policy explains the information DriversHub processes when you use drivershub.app or the DriversHub iOS app, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: 10 August 2026DriversHub operates the DriversHub service and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@drivershub.app.
DriversHub asks for camera, photo-library or microphone access only when you choose media for a profile, post, message, marketplace advert or proof upload. The app does not save media to your photo library.
When you use nearby jobs or events, your current coordinates may be sent to DriversHub for that on-demand search. DriversHub does not use background location. You can deny location access and search using a city or postcode instead.
DriversHub does not sell personal information and does not use app data to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising.
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate DriversHub, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage services; the production hosting provider; Apple for push delivery; Stripe for existing web membership billing; and Google when you choose Google sign-in. Public profile and community content is visible according to the privacy settings and audience you select.
DriversHub may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above, account operation, disputes, security and legal recordkeeping. Private files use access controls and short-lived signed links. No system is completely secure, so please use a unique password and protect your device.
You can initiate permanent account deletion in DriversHub under Settings → Danger Zone. This removes the account and associated personal content unless a limited record must be retained by law; retained audit or financial evidence is anonymised where appropriate.
You can edit profile information and privacy choices in Settings, disable notification types, deny optional device permissions, request access or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, and delete your account. Rights vary by location. Contact support to make a request or complaint.
DriversHub is intended for professional drivers and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us promptly.
DriversHub may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in the service where appropriate, and the effective date above will be updated.
