Account and privacy help
Profile and notification choices are available in Settings. Permanent account deletion is under Settings → Danger Zone and can be initiated inside the iOS app without contacting support.
Safety and user-generated content
Use the Report option on a profile, post, message, discussion, marketplace advert or job where available. Use Block user to stop unwanted profile, connection and messaging interactions. For an urgent risk of harm, contact the appropriate emergency service first, then provide DriversHub with the relevant username, content link and time.
Include useful details
- Your DriversHub username and the affected feature or page.
- The device and iOS version, without device serial numbers.
- What you expected, what happened and when it occurred.
- A screenshot only if it does not expose another person's private data.
