Get help with reminders, notification sounds, persistent alarms, calendar access or the NudgeMe iPhone app.

Notification and sound help
On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → NudgeMe and enable Allow Notifications and Sounds. Focus modes, Silent Mode and device volume can affect how alerts are presented. Open NudgeMe Settings if the app reports that alerts, sounds or persistent alarms need attention.
Include useful details
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The reminder's scheduled date, time and time zone.
- Whether the app was open, backgrounded or closed.
- What you expected and what happened, including whether an alert, sound or persistent alarm appeared.
Calendar access
Apple Calendar integration is optional. You can enable or disable it in NudgeMe Settings and choose which calendars appear. Calendar data stays on your device and is not sent to DriversHub or NudgeMe support.
